This document establishes the Terms of Use and General Conditions of Online Sale for the Soespaço online store, with the website www.soespaco.pt. The domain www.soespaco.pt is owned by SOESPAÇO, LDA., a commercial company incorporated under Portuguese law and registered in the Porto commercial register under tax identification number 503 369 284, with its registered office at Rua Felizardo Lima nº 136, Porto.

SOESPAÇO LTDA. reserves the right to freely modify these Terms of Use and General Sales Conditions at any time in order to adapt them to applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice.

Similarly, SOESPAÇO, LDA. reserves the right to completely alter, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and content of the website and services. Such changes will always aim at the constant improvement of the website, as well as the services offered to its users.

The Customer must ensure that they have carefully read the information contained in these Terms and Conditions, as they will be directly applicable to orders placed through the Website.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Client declares that they have the necessary capacity to enter into the Contract, namely being of legal age (18 years), and that they have understood and agree to be bound by all of its provisions.

1 - Terms of Use

The user agrees to use this website in compliance with applicable law, refraining from using the website for activities contrary to law, morality and good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties.

The user should refrain from obtaining information and content accessible through the web page.

SOESPAÇO, LDA assumes no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any websites other than those operated by SOESPAÇO, LDA, to which the website www.soespaco.pt may link. These third-party websites may contain information/tools useful to their users. Therefore, if a user visits another website redirected from our site, they should read that website's privacy policy.

2 - Intellectual Property

All text, visual, audio, technological and other content elements present on our website www.soespaco.pt are the exclusive property of Soespaço and are protected by Intellectual Property Law. By allowing access to the website, Soespaço is not granting any license or rights.

Therefore, the use, reproduction, copying, and dissemination by other means of logos, texts, images, and videos contained on this website is subject to your prior authorization. Use of the site's content is permitted only for personal purposes. No part of the site may be reproduced for commercial purposes or distributed for commercial gain, nor may it be modified or incorporated into any other work, publication, or website, whether in electronic format or by transfer to any other website.

3 - Product and Price Information

On the product pages of our website www.soespaco.pt we provide information regarding the essential characteristics of our products, through technical descriptions shared by our suppliers and photographs that illustrate the products sold, in strict compliance with the best market standards.

The prices of all products listed on our website www.soespaco.pt and its subdomains are presented in euros, with taxes and duties already included. The prices shown already include the ICMS tax. VAT is applied according to the current rates. SOESPAÇO, LDA reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Similarly, the prices and promotions presented on our website www.soespaco.pt may vary and their availability may be related to limited periods. Some offers may have a quantity limit per customer which, if applicable, will always be presented in the specific offer.

Shipping costs may or may not be the responsibility of the user/buyer, and if so, they will be added to the total value of the selected products. The user will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process.

Despite all our verification efforts, there is always the possibility of an occasional incorrect percentage for some items. If SOSPAÇO LTDA. discovers this situation while processing an order, it will immediately contact the customer, offering the option to reconfirm their order at the correct price or, alternatively, to cancel it.

In the event of a computer, manual, technical error, or any other error that causes a substantial change in the retail price not foreseen by SOESPAÇO, LDA, such that the price becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and, consequently, cancelled.

Similarly, there is a possibility that we may experience stock shortages even after an order has been placed, a situation that will be duly communicated to the customer, along with the corresponding refund.

The prices and products available at www.soespaco.pt are valid only for purchase orders placed through www.soespaco.pt.

4 - Order and Payment Methods

4.1 – Order

Currently, it is only possible to order and receive items electronically from SOESPAÇO, LDA in relation to the following countries: Portugal and Spain.

When placing an order, the Customer must choose a payment method (see the next section for available methods).

Once the order is placed and the necessary checks are carried out by Soespaço, including confirmation of payment, the Customer will receive a call from our customer support team confirming all the details.

In the event of a possible delay in the delivery of your order, our Customer Service department will contact you to alert you.

4.2 - Payment Methods

Shopping at soespaco.co.uk is safe, easy and convenient. Purchases follow verified security protocols, with simple and practical steps - no restrictions and no minimum purchase amounts. In the online store you can pay with Multibanco, Visa or Paypal.

ATM: Choosing this option generates a payment reference for the ATM. You must enter the Entity, Reference, and Total Order Value in the Payments > Purchase Payments section. You have 24 hours to make the payment; otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Visa: Payment by Visa card requires the entry of valid credit card details. If the information is invalid, an error message will appear, preventing the purchase from being completed. The total order amount will be automatically debited.

PayPal: Use your existing PayPal account or create a new one to use whenever you make purchases at the Soespaço online store. Keep your personal and payment information safe so you don't have to enter it every time you place an order.

5 - Order Tracking

6 - Warranty

All products sold on our website are covered by a 2-year Manufacturer's Warranty, provided by their respective brands. The warranty period begins from the date of product delivery.

In the case of defective or damaged products, you can contact us via our email soespaco@soespaco.pt or by phone at +351226003366.

As stipulated by law, expenses incurred with the return and collection of products within the warranty period will be the responsibility of Soespaço. Therefore, the customer may choose one of the following solutions: repair, replacement, or contract termination. To activate the warranty, the customer must simply provide proof of purchase of the corresponding product. Therefore, SOESPACO, LDA undertakes to carry out the repair or replacement within the maximum legal period of 14 days from the date it receives contact from the customer. The warranty period is considered suspended during the product repair period.

To be able to exercise this right, the customer must keep any duly dated document relating to the delivery of the product for repair and its subsequent collection. The requirement for additional documentation will only arise as a result of a possible warranty extension by SOESPAÇO, LDA. Once replaced, the new product will be entitled to a new warranty, independent of the warranty of the replaced item.

In the case of equipment (sold by SOESPAÇO, LDA) that is outside the warranty period, SOESPAÇO, LDA also provides technical assistance, so you can contact us.

7 – Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 - Right of Cancellation

The customer may request the cancellation of their online order as long as it has not yet been shipped, in which case it will be treated as a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be considered a return and must comply with the provisions of the next point.

7.2 - Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made through the Soespaço website and, therefore, if not satisfied, may return the product within a maximum period of fourteen days, counting from the moment they acquired possession of the product(s) or from the formalization of the contract in the case of contracting services.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised through the following process:

Send an email to soespaco@soespaco.pt explaining the situation in detail, indicating the order number and attaching photographs that prove the reason for the return request.
After sending the email, if necessary, contact Customer Service at +351 226 003 366, where they will indicate the status of your return and the next steps.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your notification regarding the exercise of this right before the deadline expires - 14 days after receiving the product(s).
The product(s) must be in the same condition as when delivered and must retain their original packaging and labeling, using the same protective cardboard box in which they were received to protect the product. You must also keep all accessories and instructions for use. If the return cannot be made with the protective box in which it was delivered, the customer must return it in a protective box, in order to ensure that the product is returned with the maximum possible guarantees.

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products that are not in the same condition as when you received them, or that have been used beyond being tried on. If the product to be returned is repackaged or is not in its original and complete packaging, Soespaço reserves the right to refuse the return.

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days after the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. Soespaço may withhold the refund until we receive the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Soespaço will reimburse the payment received from the consumer, including, if applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw and after verifying the condition of the returned product.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method.
- Debit card: up to 72 hours.
- Credit card: until the end of the month.
- PayPal: between 6 and 10 days.
- Multibanco Reference: up to 10 days after sending an email with the NIB / IBAN number.

Without prejudice to your right of withdrawal, in cases where you consider that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to what is stipulated in the contract, you must immediately contact us by email at soespaco@soespaco.pt or by telephone at +351226003366, providing the product details as well as details of the damage. In some cases, we may request that you send us a photo of the imperfections.

Once we receive the notification, we will contact you to let you know how to proceed.

9 - Responsibility

Soespaço cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or similar elements in electronic documents and files stored on its computer system and website, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by or resulting from the possible presence of viruses and other similar elements.

10 - Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Portuguese law, and we mutually agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to it shall be decided by the Portuguese courts.
